These playsets are great for helping our children develop coordination, balance, strength, stamina and their sense of exploration. More children can play freely simultaneously as they can slide, jump, climb and swing.
The parts are made with a low density polyethylene and ultraviolet light stabilizer. They are also made to be harmless for allergies. The surfaces are smooth and will not fade easily. The main platforms and pillars are made from steel and then sent thru a special process using plastic powder coating to retard rusting. No returns or warranty on discontinued stock.

A soft and resilient surface should be placed under all playground equipment to cushion accidental falls. The “use zone” to be covered and depth of cushioning will vary with the type and height of equipment, as described in section 10 of the Handbook for Public Playground Safety published by the Consumer Products Safety Commission, Washington, D.C. 301-504-7908. It is important for all owners and users of institutional and public playground equipment to follow the guidelines. http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/pubs/325.pdf. As per the manufacturer it is the responsibility of the purchaser to know if the product complies with the codes and guidelines recommended for their state, city, county etc. We reserve the right to change product specifications at any time without incurring obligations. Some product pictures may not reflect changes made to meet new CPSC guidelines.
Due to the thermo dynamics and lower heat transfer properties of plastics, plastic slides are preferred over metal slides for play equipment. Although plastic slides may become as hot as metal, they insulate better and don’t transfer the heat as quickly. Because of these properties, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recommends plastic slides and plastic surfaces over bare metal.
Regardless of lower heat transfer properties, plastic play equipment can still become hot enough in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight to cause burns. Plastic slides are safe, tried and true, but as is the case with all playground equipment, parents and supervisors must monitor the children in their care, make certain that the equipment is appropriate for their age, and always check playground surfaces for excessive heat before allowing children to play. For more information, contact IPEMA headquarters at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 1-717-238-1744.
Since the installation and maintenance, and use of the products are beyond the company’s control, we cannot accept liability for playground equipment that is: 1) Improperly installed; 2) Improperly maintained or: 3) Improperly used.
