Thread each base piece to each pipe and plug. Insert each assembled feet into each frame leg. The fit should be snug and you may need to use a rubber mallet to insert the foot completely. Line up the holes in each pipe. Insert the 3/8” bolts with washers on each side through both the pipe and the rubber plug. Tighten with nut to hold in place. Bolt should not protrude past nut more than two threads. Put plastic cap over nut to prevent injury. If feet are purchased separately from our frames, you will need to drill your own 3/8” holes. Drill a 3/8” hole through the pipe and the rubber plug. Insert a 3/8” bolt with washers on each side through both the pipe and the rubber plug. Tighten with nut to hold in place. Bolt should not protrude past nut more than two threads. Put plastic cap over nut to prevent injury. The feet can be adjusted by loosening the nuts on the base of the feet, and then threading the base in the desired direction. Make sure to tighten the nuts when you are done.

Maintenance: At beginning and end of each play season and once a month during play season, check for sharp edges and or cracked plastic. Make sure feet have a tight fit in pipe.
