Description
This is a replacement yoke for a damaged or missing one. All ADA swings originally come with a yoke. This is only for replacement. It has a unique locking system. This yoke does not need to be detached when not in use, to meet ASTM and CPSC head entrapment standards. If further support is needed, an optional removable harness is available for extra safety. This harness must be removed when not in use, as it poses an entrapment and strangulation hazard. It must be used with supervision.
The ADA Swing is convenient because a child can be easily lifted onto the swing and the yoke quickly put in place to hold the child in the seat. With its partially reclined, body-embracing design, overhead yoke, and optional easily adjustable safety harness, the Jensen ADA Swing offers children a safe and comfortable fun ride.
The specifications for the ADA Swing Replacement Yoke: It is made of durable rotational molded plastic. The point where the stainless steel button head bolts attach the yoke to the ADA swing has special reinforcement to help prevent breakage.

This seat is for children up to 125 lbs. only. Check with medical advice to see if it is safe for child to use this swing. Adults should help children in and out of seat, and supervise children at all times. Do not allow children to stand on seat or use unsafely. Do not use if wet. Do not allow swing to be used if damaged. Remove harness when not in use, as the harness may pose a strangulation danger if attached to the swing and not being used.

Installation: Our parts are sold as either replacement parts or components of a set, unless you are buying our Metal Frame Set, therefore these parts need to be installed according to the sets installation instructions. If the installation instructions differ from ours please contact us at 800-227-7529.
To install Yoke take out two top bolts, attach yoke and replace the bolts.
Maintenance: To reduce chance of injury do monthly routine maintenance checks for cracks, rust, open S-hooks or shackles, worn harness, shackles, chain and eyebolts. Replace any worn, damaged or vandalized parts. Make sure there are no exposed footings, anchoring devices, rocks, roots, holes or any other obstacles in or around playground equipment. This will reduce serious injuries. In high use areas these inspections should be done more frequently. Clean with mild soap and water when you do the monthly maintenance checks. If you see wear on a swing, replace all swings purchased at the same time. Remove swings from set when temperature reaches zero or over 100°. Maintain detailed inspection and maintenance records for public-use playground equipment.
